Saskatoon 'Thiessen'

Thiessen produces blue-purple fruit, good for eating fresh or in pie, possibly the best tasting. It blooms early and produces very large fruits (up to 10 mm in diameter). Its flavor is not as sweet as that of the Smokey saskatoon.
